  • How long do most repairs take?

    Most phone repairs (screen, battery, charge port) are completed the same day, often within 30–60 minutes. Laptop repairs typically take 1–3 business days depending on parts.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Yes — every repair we perform is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship. See our Warranty page for full terms.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    Walk-ins are welcome any day from 10am–9pm. If you'd like a guaranteed time slot, you can book a repair online and we'll have your part ready when you arrive.

  • Are your parts OEM?

    We use OEM-quality parts as standard. For some repairs we offer a choice between OEM and high-grade aftermarket — your technician will explain the difference and pricing before any work begins.

  • What if my device can't be fixed?

    If we can't repair your device, you pay nothing — diagnostics are free. We'll explain what's wrong and your best options, including data recovery if needed.

  • Do you buy used phones?

    Yes — bring your device in for a free, no-obligation valuation. We accept most major brands in working or partially-working condition.

  • Can you transfer my data?

    Absolutely. Whether you're switching phones, replacing a damaged device, or recovering from water damage, we can transfer contacts, photos and apps for you.

  • Do you sell SIM cards?

    Yes — we're an authorized dealer for Chatr, Lucky Mobile, Freedom Mobile and Bell. We also handle prepaid top-ups and travel SIMs.
