Repair warranty
Every repair we perform is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship.
What's covered
The replaced part and the workmanship of the repair are covered for 90 days from the date of the repair. If the same issue returns within that period — and it's not the result of new physical or liquid damage — we'll repair it again at no charge.
What's not covered
- New physical damage (a new drop, a new crack).
- New liquid damage.
- Damage caused by attempting another repair after ours.
- Software issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Issues with parts that were not replaced as part of the original repair.
How to claim
Bring your device and your repair receipt to our store at 1700 Simcoe Street North, Oshawa. We'll diagnose the issue and, if it's covered, repair it the same day wherever possible.
Sale items & accessories
Accessories sold in-store are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Bring your receipt and we'll help you process the claim.
