Terms of service

All repairs are quoted in advance. We won't proceed with paid work without your approval. Diagnostics are free; if we can't repair your device, you owe nothing.

Payment is due upon completion of the repair, before the device is returned. We accept cash and major credit / debit cards. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

We do our best to complete repairs within the quoted time. Devices not picked up within 60 days of the completion notice may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Ontario law.

We exercise reasonable care in handling your device. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the repair. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair.

Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship. See our warranty page for full terms.
