At Gadget Pro Canada, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
Information we collect
When you contact us, book a repair, or visit our store, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, device model, serial number, and a description of the issue. We collect this information solely to provide repair services and communicate with you about them.
How we use your information
- To diagnose and repair your device.
- To contact you about your repair status, quote or pickup.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To honour our 90-day warranty.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with payment processors (to charge you), and with parts suppliers (only when ordering a specific part for your device).
Data on your device
We treat the data on your device as private. Where possible, we perform repairs without accessing your data. If your repair requires us to access the device (e.g. testing software), we ask for your permission first and never copy data off the device.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@gadgetprocanada.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
